What we won't do
We won't run your logo through a generator or resell a template as a custom mark. We won't hold your files hostage — when a project is paid, the source artwork is yours to keep. And we won't talk you into a full rebrand you don't need. If a refresh of your existing identity is the smarter spend, we'll say so.
We also won't promise that a new logo alone will lift your sales. Identity makes you look credible and consistent; the results come when it's paired with the right website, positioning and marketing.

How many concepts and revisions do I get?
We present a focused set of genuine directions rather than dozens of filler options, then refine your chosen direction through a set number of revision rounds. The exact number is spelled out in your quote so expectations are clear from the start.
Do you work with clients outside Sydney?
We're based in Chatswood, Sydney, and work with clients across Australia. Brand projects run well remotely over calls and shared files, so location isn't a barrier.
Am I locked into an ongoing contract?
No. Logo and brand identity is a defined project with a fixed scope and quote. When it's done, it's done. If you later want ongoing design or a website to match, we can help, but there's no lock-in.
