Services & quotes
Every project is scoped and quoted in writing, and the price is agreed before work begins. Prices shown on this site — including estimator and quote-builder figures — are indicative guides only; your final quote is fixed in writing before any work starts.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in your quote or agreement. Work may be staged, with milestones as agreed.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you as set out in your agreement. The content, design and code of this website remain our property.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the materials you provide and for any content you ask us to publish on your behalf, including that you have the right to use it.
Liability
We provide our services with due care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-performing the services or refunding the fees paid for them. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
